Dr. Pauline Serice takes you through twelve lessons built on her Experiential Authentic Leadership Development^® work: what leadership and authenticity really mean, what stops us from becoming the leaders we say we want to be, and how to create a breakthrough—a result beyond what you currently know how to produce.

Each short, impactful video is followed by a practice you can apply in your own life, written questions in a digital workbook where you can save your answers, and a comprehension check to reinforce what you’ve learned. The course also includes a digital copy of Dr. Serice’s book, with tools for search, bookkmarking, highlighting and making notes. The workbook connects its questions and activities to relevant passages in the book, helping you carry ideas from reading into practice.

You do not become an authentic leader by watching. You develop through reflection, practice, and applying what you learn.
